How IPP and GPS delivered process plant and equipment solutions

SAVANNAH, Ga. — The recent Specialty & Agro Chemicals America show brought process industry leaders from around the world to Savannah — and both International Process Plants (IPP) and Gale Process Solutions (GPS) were right in the middle of the action.

IPP’s booth was a magnet for manufacturers looking to buy or sell complete process plants and equipment, with attendees eager to learn how the company helps clients accelerate growth amidst tight capital budgets in a turbulent global environment.

“Every conversation we had reaffirmed the value of what IPP offers,” said Ron Gale, President of IPP. “Companies need partners who can move quickly and creatively, and we’re proud to be that resource — whether they’re scaling up, shutting down or repositioning assets.”

Gale Process Solutions, the newest member of the IPP Group of companies, also made waves. At Booth #224, the team showcased its line of new alloy products as well as its Porcupine drying technologies, designed to improve efficiency, reduce energy costs and enhance product quality for oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, food and agrochemical manufacturers.

GPS’s Will Kerlin delivered a well-received talk about GPS and the broader IPP Group’s creative solutions to solve manufacturers’ needs. His presentation sparked several follow-up discussions with many interested companies who are navigating growth projects amid tighter timelines and capex budgets.

“It’s rare to find a group that can match the depth of our practical experience,” said Scott Schwartz, IPP’s new Chief Operating Officer. “From newly designed-to-specification, unused or good used process equipment, from reactors and heat exchangers to custom drying systems and beyond, our team brings proven answers to real-world problems.”

Keith West, Michael Ricchini and Donna Erichsen were the other IPP team members at the show. Throughout the week, IPP, Universal Glasteel Equipment (UGE) and GPS documented their experience on LinkedIn, including a behind-the-scenes booth tour and some well-timed fan giveaways in the Georgia heat.

With more than 15,000 pieces of process equipment and 20 complete plant sites ready for redeployment, IPP is helping clients act fast in a shifting global landscape. To explore available systems or request support, contact the IPP team.

IPP’s next event will be Sept. 22-25 at the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) annual meeting in Berlin. You can keep track of IPP’s travels and book meetings ahead of show by following the company’s event calendar.
