With more customers needing equipment hard to find on the used market, and extended lead times on new equipment souring chances to win contracts, GPS seized on the opportunity to ensure a constant supply of the most popular products and quick delivery of custom items.

GPS entered the new equipment marketplace in 2023, backed by a promise to get customers the products they need faster than other options at a price that’s always attractive.

“The biggest differentiator for us versus other new equipment suppliers is being able to cut lead times significantly without affecting cost through our integrated and thoughtful supply chain,” says Keith West, Global Director of Equipment Sales.

GPS stocks new cGMP National Board U-stamped 316L Stainless Steel and Hastelloy reactors in 2000-, 4000- and 6000-gallon (7-, 14-, 22-k liters) capacities, various heat exchangers, centrifuges and dryers, and glass-lined reactors are available via sister company Universal Glasteel Equipment (UGE). Gale said shipping times can be as little as 0-12 weeks.

Fully custom pressure vessels including reactors, fermenters, tanks, heat exchangers, centrifuges, dryers, filters, filter-dryers, mixers/granulators and more can be fabricated and delivered in 8-28 weeks, including design time, Gale said.
