PRINCETON JUNCTION, New Jersey<\/strong> \u2014 Internationale procesinstallaties<\/a> (IPP) heeft onlangs een fermentatiefabriek in Little Falls, Minnesota, overgenomen van Superbrewed Food. De overname, die eind maart werd afgerond, markeert een belangrijke stap voor IPP, die het strategisch positioneert in de opkomende bio-economische sector.<\/p>\n

Het verhaal verscheen voor het eerst op ROI-NJ, dat IPP een wereldleider noemde op het gebied van procesinstallaties en -apparatuur.<\/a><\/p>\n

De nieuw verworven fabriek biedt veelzijdige mogelijkheden, waaronder de productie van biobrandstoffen, biochemicali\u00ebn en alternatieve eiwitten. Vice President van IPP, Ross Gale<\/a>benadrukte de gunstige positie die deze overname het bedrijf geeft, waarbij hij de uitgebreide infrastructuur, opslagcapaciteit en effici\u00ebnte downstream-verwerking van de faciliteit aanhaalde.<\/p>\n

Volgens de aankondiging van IPP heeft de Little Falls-faciliteit een indrukwekkende jaarlijkse productiecapaciteit van 40 miljoen gallons en profiteert het van zijn strategische locatie in Minnesota, een belangrijk knooppunt voor ma\u00efsproductie in de Verenigde Staten. Gale benadrukte de aanpasbaarheid van de fabriek voor verschillende toepassingen, zoals alternatieve eiwitten, biochemicali\u00ebn, biobrandstoffen en hoogwaardige ethanol.<\/p>\n

IPP, met kantoren in 14 landen, staat bekend om zijn expertise in het helpen van fabrikanten om hun productiecapaciteiten te verbeteren door direct beschikbare activa te leveren. Het bedrijf, dat nu 46 jaar bestaat, is gespecialiseerd in het verwerven van fabrieken, stilgelegde proceslijnen en tweedehands procesapparatuur<\/a>Bovendien heeft IPP onlangs een nieuwe partner gelanceerd, Gale Proces Oplossingen<\/a>, gericht op de verkoop van nieuwe procesapparatuur die moeilijk te vinden is op de secundaire markt.<\/p>\n
