Reglassen is het herfabriceren van apparatuur met een glazen binnenbekleding. UGE herstelt beproefde vaten tot een zo goed als nieuwe staat, waardoor fabrikanten de doorlooptijden kunnen verkorten, de kosten kunnen beheersen en het risico op stilstand kunnen verminderen.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Herfabricage<\/a> Het proces van herfabricage ontwikkelt zich van een nichepraktijk tot een gangbare strategie voor fabrikanten die sneller capaciteit nodig hebben, met minder kostenrisico en minder blootstelling aan volatiliteit in de toeleveringsketen. Diezelfde logica geldt voor procesapparatuur met een glazen binnenbekleding, waar lange wachttijden voor de fabricage de productie kunnen vertragen. Universele Glasteel-apparatuur (UGE)<\/a>, onderdeel van de International Process Plants Group, helpt fabrikanten om waardevolle activa in bedrijf te houden door middel van glasvervanging en herstelwerkzaamheden<\/a>\u00a0die vaten in zo goed als nieuwe staat herstellen. In plaats van een beproefd product af te schrijven en helemaal opnieuw te beginnen, verlengt UGE de levensduur van de kern, herstelt de glazen binnenbekleding volgens de OEM-normen en brengt de apparatuur met een gerust hart weer in gebruik dankzij strenge kwaliteitscontroles. Klanten kunnen de kapitaaldruk verlagen in vergelijking met de aanschaf van nieuwe apparatuur, projecttijdlijnen verkorten en duurzaamheidsdoelen ondersteunen door hergebruik.<\/p>\n
