Het interview met Binje.com laat zien hoe IPP klanten in de procesindustrie helpt bij het navigeren door tarieven, druk op de toeleveringsketen en fabriekssluitingen\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Als wereldwijd procesproductie<\/a> blijft reageren op veranderende energiekosten, handelsbarri\u00e8res en volatiliteit in de toeleveringsketen, Internationale procesinstallaties (IPP<\/a>)<\/b><\/span> helpt klanten zich snel en flexibel aan te passen.<\/p>\n

In een nieuw interview met Binje.com<\/a>, Ross Gale<\/b><\/span>, vice-president van IPP, legt uit hoe het unieke model van het bedrijf het mogelijk maakt om hele fabrieken, eenheidsoperaties en procesapparatuur te kopen, verplaatsen en door te verkopen met minimale uitvaltijd.<\/p>\n

\u201cHet beste scenario is wanneer we een hele fabriek kunnen doorverkopen en deze ter plekke opnieuw kunnen opstarten\u201d, vertelde Gale. Binje<\/i>"Wij zijn bezig met het besparen van kapitaal, tijd en het voorkomen van verspilling \u2013 vooral nu bedrijven opnieuw nadenken over hoe en waar ze moeten opereren."<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Met activiteiten in 15 landen en meer dan 47 jaar ervaring, IPP is 's werelds grootste verkoper van procesinstallaties en -apparatuur<\/a>IPP wordt ook beschouwd als een vertrouwde partner bij de liquidatie van fabrieken en tweedehands apparatuur voor procesinstallaties<\/a>Het bedrijf beschikt momenteel over 20 complete productielocaties en heeft meer dan 15.000 stuks verzendklare apparatuur op voorraad. Klanten zijn actief in onder meer de chemische, petrochemische, farmaceutische, polymeer- en speciale materialenindustrie.<\/p>\n

Nu de energieprijzen stijgen en de wereldwijde toeleveringsketens onvoorspelbaar blijven, zoeken fabrikanten naar partners die snelle en flexibele oplossingen kunnen bieden. Gale zei dat IPP precies daarvoor is ontworpen.<\/p>\n

"We kunnen snel en wereldwijd handelen", zei hij. "Als we niet hebben wat een klant nodig heeft, weten we waar we het kunnen vinden \u2013 en kunnen we snel handelen."<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Die flexibiliteit heeft IPP in staat gesteld te floreren in een tijdperk waarin vertragingen bij de aanschaf van nieuwe apparatuur of de bouw van nieuwe faciliteiten voor procesproductie hele projecten kunnen verstoren. Door hoogwaardige, gebruikte systemen en complete unit operations voor procesproductie aan te bieden, helpt IPP klanten lange doorlooptijden te omzeilen en kapitaaluitgaven te verlagen.<\/p>\n

Het groeiende portfolio van het bedrijf omvat grote chemische, farmaceutische en specialistische materiaalfaciliteiten, evenals een wereldwijd netwerk van technici en assetmanagers die weten hoe ze processystemen veilig kunnen beoordelen, verplaatsen en opnieuw opstarten.<\/p>\n

De aanpak van IPP gaat niet alleen over apparatuur voor procesproductie. Het gaat om inzicht in de volledige levenscyclus van een fabriek en het helpen van klanten bij het nemen van slimme beslissingen wanneer de bedrijfsomstandigheden veranderen.<\/p>\n

"Wij zijn een strategische partner als bedrijven moeten transformeren, of dat nu betekent dat ze uitbreiden in een nieuwe regio, een productlijn afstoten of hun activiteiten consolideren", aldus Gale.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
