Het sluiten van fabrieken, het ontsmetten, het terugwinnen van de waarde van sommige activa en het slopen van de rest kan vier jaar of langer duren, en er zijn enorme draagkosten en managementtijd nodig. Wij komen binnen, schrijven een cheque uit, kopen de fabriek en halen onze klanten binnen om andere producten te maken of de site te herontwikkelen terwijl we activa elders opnieuw inzetten voor hun hoogste en beste waarde. Wanneer verkopers met ons zakendoen, kunnen ze vier jaar van het beheer van een project afhalen en zich in plaats daarvan concentreren op hun kernactiviteiten.
