New Equipment Sales Executive – offering reactors, heat exchangers and other new major process equipment and systems manufactured for IPP’s stock and offered to customers at 30% CAPEX savings and 90% lead time savings vs. competitors.

International Process Plants is a global company with a half century of experience selling unused and second-hand process equipment. This initiative focuses on selling new equipment with warranties to the global industrial chemical, specialty/fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and other batch process manufacturing industries in North America and globally.

IPP is establishing a sales team with a differentiation from typical new capital process equipment sales—selling new equipment from its inventory and custom-equipment with industry-leading delivery time—30% less CAPEX than competing new equipment and immediate delivery! This brings extraordinary value to our customers and a clear and material differentiation from our new equipment competitors.

We need you to further deliver our extraordinary offer to owner/operators and engineering/EPC companies in the industrial chemical, fine/specialty chemical pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, industries worldwide.

By selling our process equipment and systems, you make the following possible:

1) Elimination or substantially reduction of brand new capital equipment delivery time

2) Reduction of CAPEX spent on brand new equipment by 30%.

3) Solve urgent manufacturing needs of customers to keep their plants running and orders fulfilled!

Our unique ability to deliver quickly and at a lower cost puts us with a clear advantage against competitors. We help to make the customer’s vendor selection much easier!

This position pays a competitive salary plus performance compensation.

 

Skills and background

· We are looking for process equipment sales dealmakers who can make both a C-Suite sale and engineer-level sale.

· Proven experience in selling capital equipment, including reactors (CSTR), heat exchangers, filters, dryers, filter dryers, vacuum dryers, and related equipment to engineering companies and end-users.

· Strong history selling to the industrial chemical, specialty/fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and other batch process manufacturing industries in North America. Global experience is a plus. Strong selling process and selling KPIs while being a reliable team-player.

· Strong memory recall, organization and follow-up skills

· Communication and negotiation skills

· Strong core values of honor, truth, respect and hard work

· MS Office and CRM software (HubSpot preferred) proficiency.

· English proficiency; foreign language skills a plus

· Ability to travel to visit customers & marketing exhibitions (travel estimated at <25%)
