IPP hat mit BASF eine Vereinbarung zur Vermarktung von Anlagen am Verbundstandort Ludwigshafen geschlossen<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Ludwigshafen, Deutschland; Princeton Junction, New Jersey, USA \u2013<\/strong> BASF<\/a> Und Internationale Prozessanlagen (IPP)<\/a>, ein weltweit f\u00fchrendes Unternehmen im Erwerb und Verkauf von Prozessanlagen und -ausr\u00fcstungen, hat eine Vereinbarung zur Vermarktung von Ammoniak-, Methanol- und Melaminanlagen getroffen, wurde heute, am 6. Mai 2024, bekannt gegeben.<\/p>\n

Die Anlagen befinden sich am Verbundstandort der BASF in Ludwigshafen. Diese Partnerschaft steht im Einklang mit den im Februar 2023 angek\u00fcndigten strukturellen Ma\u00dfnahmen der BASF zur Steigerung ihrer Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit auf dem sich entwickelnden europ\u00e4ischen Markt.<\/p>\n

Die Vereinbarung umfasst die integrierten Produktionsanlagen f\u00fcr Ammoniak (380.000 Tonnen\/Jahr), Methanol (165.000 Tonnen\/Jahr) und Melamin (51.000 Tonnen\/Jahr). Diese hochmodernen Anlagen stehen nun zur Verlagerung und zum Verkauf an qualifizierte K\u00e4ufer zur Verf\u00fcgung, die ihre Investitionskosten minimieren und die Projektabwicklung beschleunigen m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n

Ronald Gale<\/a>, Pr\u00e4sident von International Process Plants, sagte: \u201eDiese Ammoniak-, Methanol- und Melaminanlagen der Weltklasse stellen eine bedeutende Chance f\u00fcr Unternehmen dar, die ihre Produktionskapazit\u00e4t mit hocheffizienten vorhandenen Anlagen erweitern m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n

\u201eIPP hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, diese Anlagen in Gebiete mit ausreichender und wirtschaftlicher Gasversorgung zu verlagern oder sie in Projekte f\u00fcr gr\u00fcnes Ammoniak oder Methanol zu integrieren, um einen weiterhin effizienten und produktiven Betrieb zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.\u201c<\/p>\n

Die Ammoniakanlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von 380.000 Tonnen\/Jahr und verbraucht 0,97 Tm3<\/sup> Erdgas pro Tonne Ammoniak. Die Melaminanlage mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 51.000 Tonnen\/Jahr verwendet 2,6 Tonnen Harnstoffkristalle pro Tonne Melamin und ben\u00f6tigt nur 0,27 Tm3<\/sup> Erdgas pro Tonne Melamin. Die Methanolanlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Synthesekreislauf, der f\u00fcr gr\u00fcne Methanolprojekte mit verf\u00fcgbaren gr\u00fcnen Rohstoffen geeignet ist.<\/p>\n

R\u00fcdiger von Watzdorf,<\/a> \u201eDer Verkauf unterst\u00fctzt einen nachhaltigeren und wirtschaftlicheren Ansatz beim Einsatz dieser Produktionseinheiten und kommt damit der globalen Prozessindustrie zugute\u201c, sagte Senior Vice President Technology im Unternehmensbereich Monomers von BASF.<\/p>\n
